I am Deepika Gopalakrishnan, a product designer and Founder of dVerse Labs, a healthcare innovation startup focused on reducing the rate of infections in hospitals. dVerse is supported by the US embassy (Nexus) and IIT Madras.
In my startup, I wear many hats including product, strategy and communication design, research, business development, finance and marketing. This gives me a holistic view of how I could really create impact as a designer.
I also enjoy mentoring students through the design process to design for impact.
In my free time, you can find me trekking in the mountains, jogging, baking, singing, illustrating gifs or reading books.
