Hi, I'm Deepika!
Product Designer
User Researcher
I'm a product designer with 2+ years of experience designing user-centered MedTech products, improving patient experience and healthcare outcomes.
I co-founded a healthcare innovation startup, dVerse Labs, and launched a certified device across hospitals in India before joining Harvard. I am interested in developing human-centered medical devices that improve patient outcomes.

I love making and building things and enjoy mentoring students in prototyping and creating impactful interventions at the Harvard Makerspace. I also freelance as a children’s book illustrator and enjoy illustrating.
I have also designed a zero-gravity friendly board game at MIT’s Space Exploration Initiative and an accessible play mat for children with vision impairment. I strongly believe that product design and a systems thinking approach can be leveraged to transform healthcare systems in developing countries and beyond.
In my free time, you can find me trekking in the mountains, jogging, baking, playing my ukulele, illustrating children's books, or reading books.
